Data Deletion Instructions

At SpeedDM, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you would like to delete your data associated with our application, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the permanent deletion of your data from our servers, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to: info@codexwebs.com
- Include your Instagram username (@handle) in the email.
- Subject line should be: "Delete my data"
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 days. This action is permanent and will delete all your automation settings, chat history, and tokens from our database.
What Data will be Deleted?
Upon processing your request, we will permanently remove:
- Your Instagram access tokens and integration details.
- All automated workflows and keyword configurations.
- Chat histories and response logs associated with your account.
- Performance analytics and tracking data.
Confirmation
After the deletion process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team (info@codexwebs.com).
Note: This process complies with Meta Platforms' data deletion requirements for certified developer applications.
